bonefishposterGrowing up there was always one thing on my mind that stayed constantly. That was fishing and everything that had to do with fishing, catching fish, how to catch fish and when was the next time I was going to be able to be on the water to catch more fish. Ever since I can remember my father had me on a boat at least once a week to do some fishing. We fished all over the place and did everything from offshore to inshore. My father showed me the ins and outs on driving a boat and what he had collected over the years of experience on the water from fishing and boating. We learned together, from fishing small local tournaments to being in local fishing clubs my father always had me involved in the fishing community when I was a kid.

12345Ever since I knew what a fishing guide was, which was around seven or eight, I took it to another level and felt like the ocean and fishing was my life (it still is). Once I got my drivers license at the age of sixteen I had a job working at a local Bait & Tackle store which I worked four days a week. I paid my bills that I had at the time and filled up my john boat with gas and spent just about every day I had off of school or work fishing and learning the waters of Flamingo, Key largo and Biscayne Bay. I was a sponge and took in every little detail I could.

When I turned 18 in 2007, I got my Captain’s license. Once I graduated from high school in 2008, I started my career as a full-time fishing guide; fishing out of Flamingo in Everglades National Park, Biscayne Bay, and the Upper Florida Keys.

As a professional full time fishing guide I enjoy what I do but also take my business and my career seriously. Spend a day on the water with me and my hard work and years of experience on the water will speak for themselves.

I promise that you will be blown away by the experience!
